- Payments are processed through Apple and subject to Apple’s App Store terms.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
6. CAMERA USAGE
- The app uses your device’s camera to scan product barcodes.
- Camera access is used only for this function and is never recorded or stored by us.
7. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
- The app may send you occasional push notifications (e.g., reminders or tips).
- You can disable notifications at any time in your device’s settings.
8. APP USAGE & CONTENT
The app provides food scoring and nutrition-related content for informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information presented.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of any laws.
- You are responsible for managing and protecting your data stored locally on your device.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
